INFO & FACTS

Avo   Global   Oil

Cooking & Dressings

Avocado Oil is made by taking the creamy ripe pulp of the fruit, not the seed or the skin. It takes about 10 to 12 avocados to make an 8 oz. (250 ml.)  bottle of avocado oil, that is why you will expect to pay more for this wonderful superfood, compared to other oils such as olive oil.

What makes avocado oil a superior oil to all other oils is not only the nutritional value, but its uniquely high smoke point. It is in fact the best oil for high heat cooking over 520 °F (271 °C) such as deep frying, stir frying and grilling.
